Orders & Shipping
Delivery destinations, timelines and tracking

We ship worldwide to 45+ countries. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 within the US, over $200 within the EU and UK. For a full list of available destinations, please proceed to checkout or contact us directly.

Delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (US/EU/UK)
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight (US only): Next business day
  • International: 10–14 business days

Please note that all orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. You may track your parcel via DHL or FedEx using this number, or log into your FrostedPeakDrift account and visit the Orders section. If you have not received a tracking email after 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for dispatch. Please contact us immediately at info@frostedpeakdrift.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.

Complimentary luxury gift wrapping — complete with our signature ribbon, tissue paper, and wax seal — is available on orders over $300. You may also add a personalised handwritten note at checkout. For orders below $300, gift wrapping is available for a small fee of $12. Simply select the gift option at checkout.

All orders are dispatched in our elegant FrostedPeakDrift outer packaging — a simple, refined ivory box with our logo embossed in gold. While our packaging is distinctive, it does not display product names or descriptions on the exterior. If you require completely unmarked packaging for any reason, please note this when ordering and we will accommodate your request.

Returns & Refunds
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and return process

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method. Opened products are assessed on a case-by-case basis — see below for details.

We understand that skincare takes time to evaluate. If you experience an adverse skin reaction or are genuinely unsatisfied after a 2-week trial period, please contact us and we will find a resolution — whether that is an exchange, store credit, or refund. We ask that opened returns are used reasonably and returned with a brief description of your experience.

To begin a return, simply:

  • Email info@frostedpeakdrift.com with your order number
  • Include a brief reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label
  • Repack the item carefully and drop it at any authorised carrier location

We cover return shipping costs for all eligible returns within the US and EU.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Yes — we are happy to facilitate exchanges for any item of equal value within 30 days of purchase. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will simply pay the difference. Please contact our team to arrange an exchange and we will guide you through the process swiftly.

Formulation, ethics, and ingredient transparency

Yes — FrostedPeakDrift is 100% cruelty-free and proudly holds Leaping Bunny certification. We never test on animals at any stage of development, and we do not work with any suppliers who conduct animal testing. Our commitment to cruelty-free beauty is absolute and unconditional.

The majority of our products are fully vegan. A small selection includes ethically-sourced ingredients such as beeswax (from certified sustainable apiaries) or silk amino acids. All non-vegan products are clearly marked on their product pages and packaging with a specific symbol. We are continuously working towards expanding our vegan range.

All FrostedPeakDrift formulations are dermatologically tested and free from parabens, sulphates, artificial fragrance, and other common irritants. Products are developed with sensitive skin in mind. However, all skin is unique — we always recommend a patch test before first use, applying a small amount to the inner wrist and waiting 24 hours. If you have specific concerns or known allergies, please book a consultation with our skin specialists.

Store all FrostedPeakDrift products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Bathroom shelves are generally suitable. Serums and face oils may particularly benefit from refrigeration, which can also enhance the sensorial experience upon application. Avoid storing products in very hot or humid environments as this can affect formula stability and shelf life.

Each product displays a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol — a small jar icon with a number followed by "M" (e.g. 12M = 12 months after opening). Unopened products generally remain stable for 12–24 months from production. Always check the base of the packaging for the batch code and best-before date. Once opened, use within the PAO period for optimal efficacy.

We always recommend consulting your physician or obstetrician before introducing any new skincare during pregnancy. As a general precaution, we advise avoiding retinol-based products (such as our Retinol Renewal Serum) while pregnant or breastfeeding. Our gentle hydrating and brightening formulas are generally considered safe — but please seek personal medical advice, as every pregnancy is unique.

Evening routine: Cleanser (double cleanse if wearing SPF/makeup) → Treatment Serum (Retinol, Peptides or Acids) → Eye Cream → Night Oil or Rich Moisturiser

Start with the basics — a cleanser, moisturiser and SPF — and introduce actives gradually, one at a time, to identify what your skin responds to best. Book a free consultation for a personalised routine.

Yes — serums can absolutely be layered for complementary benefits. The golden rule is to apply thinnest to thickest consistency. Allow 30–60 seconds between each application for optimal absorption. We generally recommend a maximum of 2–3 serums per routine to avoid over-layering. Some active combinations (such as Vitamin C and AHAs) are best used at different times of day — our team can advise on ideal pairings.

Skin operates on approximately a 28-day renewal cycle. Most clients notice improved texture, radiance and hydration within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. More targeted results — such as visible reduction in fine lines, hyperpigmentation or pore appearance — typically become apparent after 6–8 weeks. Consistency is everything; we recommend using products twice daily as directed for the best outcomes.

Creating a FrostedPeakDrift account is free and takes under a minute. Simply click "Sign In" in the header navigation and select "Create Account". You will be asked to provide your name, email address, and a secure password. Once registered, you will receive a welcome email and your Lumière Rewards membership will be active immediately.

If you have forgotten your password, click "Sign In" in the navigation, then select "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and a secure reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes. The link is valid for 24 hours.
